Webswibe provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation, CRM setup, workflow configuration, and consulting services.
Service scope is limited to what is agreed upon in writing or invoice.
Any additional customization, new feature requests, or major changes are billable separately.
2. Payment Terms
Setup fees are non-refundable.
Monthly fees are billed in advance.
Services begin only after payment confirmation.
No refunds for partially used billing cycles.
Chargebacks without valid reason may result in immediate service termination.
3. Scope & Revisions Policy
Monthly fees include reasonable minor updates and maintenance.
Unlimited revisions are not included.
Major changes, additional workflows, or system expansion are charged separately.
4. Support Policy
Support is provided during standard business hours.
Response times may vary based on request complexity.
Strategic consulting, marketing execution, or custom development is not included unless separately agreed.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Webswibe does not guarantee business growth, revenue increase, or lead generation results.
Performance depends on external factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All automation systems, scripts, workflow structures, and technical logic developed by Webswibe remain the intellectual property of Webswibe.
Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the system.
7. Platform Disclaimer
Webswibe is not affiliated with Meta, WhatsApp, or any third-party platform used for service delivery.
We are not responsible for platform bans, policy changes, API restrictions, or service outages.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Webswibe harmless from claims, penalties, bans, or legal actions arising from misuse, spam messaging, or policy violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
Webswibe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 15 days written notice.
Completed setup fees remain non-refundable.
Access to systems may be revoked upon termination.
11. Refund Policy
Setup Fees: One-time setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Processing: In the event of an approved refund or duplicate payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
